Upon termination of this Agreement, you agree to return or destroy the original package and all whole or partial copies of the Program in your possession and so certify in writing to TI. This Agreement will immediately terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply. In no event shall TI or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use or data, or interruption of business, whether the alleged damages are labeled in tort, contract or indemnity.

You may not use the Licensed Materials on any emulator of a TI calculator unless the emulator is obtained from TI.

You may not sell, rent or lease copies of the Licensed Materials.

Kids can freely explore and construct geometric figures for a highly visual, hands-on learning experience. This is a great way for kids to review and practice important concepts. Assessment questions that follow the tutorials include multiple-choice questions as well as problems that require kids to construct lines and figures with specific features. They can then use the Pythagorean theorem to find or demonstrate the measure of the third side.Īs they view the tutorials, kids can learn and test their knowledge of lines, circles, triangles, and more. Then move to the sketchpad and have kids construct a triangle and add measurements for two sides.

For example, after kids learn about the Pythagorean theorem, have them complete the related tutorial individually or with a partner. Use the tutorials to test kids’ knowledge either before or after a unit that applies to the content in the tutorials.
